Fabricated using cold weather cat 4 steel, these units were manufactured and Lined with Devmat 115 100% solids in our Barrie facility and moved to Saskatoon Sask. for final assembly were they insulated and clad with 24 gauge double ribbed Galvalum sheet... Chrome carbide overlay and Duracorr were used in high abrasion areas. Each unit weighed over 125,000 lbs and shipped in one piece to the Kearl Lake project in Alberta Oil Sands Canada.
